The system collects the weak changes of current and potential caused by the thinning of the tube wall in the node matrix in real time. Meanwhile, the temperature of each node is collected and calculated by the matrix function. Real-time monitoring of large-scale corrosion of tube wall, circumferential crack growth, tube wall temperature, heat flux and slag desagging /scaling, effectively adjust boiler operating parameters and prevent tube burst.
